Demo has started!
Well, as Rob said to me in the car as we drove away from the house (after taking these pictures) - "Honey, there's no turning back now!".
The house should be gutted by mid week and hopefully they can start digging the basement out!
Looks exciting!! It still amazes me how areas of Baltimore are changing from the many rundown shacks to brand new homes. It would be interesting to find out who started it all, how this all happened. Who decided that this area had potential to attract so many young professionals? Keep the pictures rollin!
